Senior Desktop Standard Operating Environment Engineer(SOE)

• The position will be based in Canberra(Open to other locations)
• Must have NV1 Security Clearance
• Start date: 1st May 2024

Key Tasks/Duties/Requirements - EL1 Senior Desktop Standard Operating Environment Engineer

* Provide third level support for users and managed personal computing devices.
* Provide broad technical support for project build, test and solution deployment
activities.
* Monitor, tune and maintain ICT software components and perform system
testing.
* Liaise with the infrastructure team in the design, procurement and deployment of
hardware and related assets.
* Schedule and perform regular maintenance and updating of supported products.
* Perform technical operations for ICT solutions.
* Maintain technical system information in service tools.
* Perform daily monitoring activities.
* Execute technical change management.
* Prepare a range of technical and corporate documentation.
* Escalate issues that adversely impacts on policy, performance and/or service.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure effective and timely
implementation of business solutions.
