Commercial Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lead to join our financial services client.

About the role:

Ensure required contracts and commercials are in place to enable our banking client to transition current 'White Label Aggregators' and 'White Label Digital Partners' from legacy offerings to new Platforms.

Key outcomes:

• Review commercial relationships with WL Aggregators and Digital Partners.
• Review and understand differences between current and target state offering and experience (i.e. key points of uplift that partners will receive by transitioning, e.g. Product, Processing speed, etc.)
• Undertake gap analysis for WL Aggregators and digital partners, and identify expected areas of alignment and potential hotspots/areas of contention.
• Perform 'from => to" analysis for all Aggregators and Digital Partners.
• Prepare Exec level analysis and approach pack ('from => To Analysis; Implications for client and Partners, negotiation strategy, etc.) with White Label Aggregators and Digital Partners.
• Execute on agreed negotiation and transition plan, working with Third Party Banking Team, Enterprise Procurement, and any other required teams.
