Commercial and Contracts Transition Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our financial services client.

About the role:

Ensure required contracts and commercials are in place to enable our banking client to transition current 'White Label Aggregators' and 'White Label Digital Partners' from legacy offerings to new Platforms.

Core responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for managing contracts, negotiations, and commercial agreements to facilitate this transition seamlessly.
• Review existing contracts and agreements with white-label aggregators and digital partners.
• Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are compliant and meet company standards.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

Skills and Experience required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in contract management, negotiations, and commercial operations.
• Strong understanding of white-label partnerships and digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts and commercial agreements.
