Our client, a large North Sydney & Melbourne CBD based telco client, is looking for a Training Lead.

About the role

• Develop and implement training plans and strategies
• Create training content and training materials
• Deliver IT training to operational teams

Skills and experience

• Extensive experience in instructional design and training delivery
• Experience in ServiceNow and preferably Oracle, Remedy and telco systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

What's on offer

• 6-12 months' engagement working at a telco client
• Hybrid work with 2-3 days per week in the office
• Role is only open to Sydney or Melbourne based candidates with valid work rights
